“He knew that when he kissed this girl, and forever wed his unutterable visions to her perishable breath, his mind would never romp again like the mind of God. So he waited, listening for a moment longer to the tuning-fork that had been struck upon a star. Then he kissed her. At his lips’ touch she blossomed for him like a flower and the incarnation was complete.”
(The Great Gatsby)
A wedding in the heart of Rome with two parties meant to celebrate a singular and beautiful love story! We spent a really hot day with a great couple. We recorded their memories and we delighted ourselves with the simplicity and sobriety which pervaded the first part of the day and then, we travelled back in time to the 1920s and entered a world of splendours and abundance during their amazing evening party.
Many thanks to Monika for second shooting!
